All custom-designed products sold by Shop Subvision are made to order based on the exact specifications provided by the customer. Because these items are unique and created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on custom products under any circumstances.

🧾 Mockup Approval Required Before Production

Before any order goes into production, we provide you with a digital mockup of your custom design. It is your responsibility to:

• Carefully review the mockup for spelling, color, layout, and size
• Confirm that all details are correct
• Approve the design for production

✅ Once you approve the mockup:

• No changes can be made
• No refunds or remakes will be offered
• Production will begin immediately and the item will ship according to our turnaround schedule

💸 Sale Items

All sale and discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

📦 Return Shipping

If a return is authorized (for non-custom items only), you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
