At Subvision Inc., all products are made specifically to order. Because our items are custom-made, personalized, and produced according to each customer’s submitted details, we maintain a strict no return, no refund policy except in limited cases where an error was made on our side.
Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final on Custom Products
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept:
- Returns
- Exchanges
- Refund requests
- Cancellations after production has started
This policy applies to all custom and made-to-order items sold through our store, including but not limited to personalized garments, custom apparel, printed items, specialty products, and any item created using customer-submitted names, dates, wording, colors, photos, or design instructions.
2. No Refunds on Custom Orders
Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not offer refunds for custom products once an order has been placed and processed.
By submitting an order, the customer acknowledges that:
- They have reviewed all order details before purchase
- They approve the size, spelling, dates, design direction, and customization information they submit
- Their order is being created specifically for them and cannot be resold
3. Mock-Up Approval Responsibility
When a mock-up, proof, or design preview is provided, it is the customer’s responsibility to review all details carefully and thoroughly before approving it.
This includes, but is not limited to, checking:
- Names
- Dates
- Spelling
- Colors
- Design layout
- Garment style
- Garment size
- Photos
- Placement and overall design details
ONCE A MOCK-UP IS APPROVED BY THE CUSTOMER, ANY MISSED ERROR ON THAT APPROVED MOCK-UP BECOMES THE CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND NOT SUBVISION INC.’S RESPONSIBILITY.
CUSTOMERS MUST LOOK OVER THEIR MOCK-UPS THOROUGHLY BEFORE GIVING FINAL APPROVAL.
AFTER APPROVAL IS GIVEN, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS THAT WERE VISIBLE ON THE APPROVED MOCK-UP, INCLUDING MISSPELLINGS, INCORRECT DATES, DESIGN DETAILS, OR OTHER CUSTOMER-APPROVED CONTENT.
No refund, reprint, replacement, or store credit will be issued for issues that were present on the mock-up and approved by the customer.
4. Remakes Are Only Offered for Errors Made by Subvision Inc.
Although refunds and returns are not accepted, we may offer a remake/reprint of the product only when the mistake was clearly caused by our team and was not shown on an approved mock-up.
A remake may be approved if:
- We misspelled a name, word, or phrase that was entered correctly by the customer and that error was not shown on the approved mock-up
- We printed an incorrect date that does not match the customer’s submitted and approved information
- We failed to follow the customer’s approved instructions
- We produced the item with customization details that were different from what the customer submitted and approved
In these cases, the item may be reprinted/remade and shipped out again.
5. Store Credit for Errors on Our Side When Reprint Is Not Possible
If the issue is the result of an error made by Subvision Inc., and:
- the customer’s event date has already passed, or
- we are unable to reprint and ship the corrected item in time for the event,
then a store credit may be issued at our discretion in place of a reprint.
Store credit may be offered only when:
- the error was caused by our team,
- the issue was not visible on an approved mock-up, and
- a timely replacement is not reasonably possible
Store credit will not be issued for customer mistakes or for situations outside of our control.
6. No Refunds or Reprints for Customer Errors
We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer at checkout, through messages, or through approved mock-ups. Therefore, no refunds, returns, reprints, replacements, or store credit will be issued for customer-submitted or customer-approved mistakes, including but not limited to:
- Ordering the wrong garment size
- Entering the wrong name
- Entering the wrong date
- Providing incorrect wording
- Uploading the wrong image or low-quality file
- Submitting incomplete or inaccurate customization instructions
- Approving a mock-up without carefully reviewing all details
- Changing your mind after the order is placed
Garment Size Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size before completing their purchase.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, reprints, replacements, or store credit for garments ordered in the wrong size.
We strongly recommend reviewing all sizing charts, measurements, and product information carefully before placing your order.
7. Approved Resolutions Are Limited to Reprint, Replacement, or Store Credit
If a claim is approved due to an error made by Subvision Inc., the resolution will be limited to one of the following:
- Remake
- Reprint
- Replacement shipment
- Store credit, when a timely reprint is not possible and the event has passed or cannot be met
Approved issues will not be refunded.
We do not issue cash refunds to the original payment method for custom-order production errors.
8. Damage or Order Issues Must Be Reported Promptly
If you believe your order contains an error made by us, you must contact us within [insert number, such as 3–5 business days] of delivery.
Your claim must include:
- Your full name
- Order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the product and the error
Failure to report the issue within the required timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
9. Shipping Delays Are Not Grounds for Refund
Once an order has shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, or delivery exceptions after the package leaves our possession.
Therefore:
- Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds
- Shipping delays do not qualify for returns
- Shipping delays do not automatically qualify for a remake or store credit unless the issue is tied to an error made by Subvision Inc. and approved by us
10. Color, Print, and Screen Display Variations
Please note that actual printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to monitor settings, device displays, lighting, material surfaces, and printing processes.
Minor variations in:
- Color tone
- Print placement
- Garment texture
- Material appearance
are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, reprints, replacements, or store credit.
11. Refusal of Claims
Subvision Inc. reserves the right to deny any refund, return, remake, replacement, or store credit request if:
- The mistake was caused by the customer
- The customer approved a mock-up or proof containing the same issue
- The request is made outside the allowed reporting window
- The item shows normal variation expected in custom production
- The claim does not include sufficient photo evidence
12. Agreement to This Policy
By placing an order on subvision.store, the customer agrees to this Return & Refund Policy and understands that all products are custom made specifically for their order.
Customers accept full responsibility for reviewing:
- Sizes
- Names
- Dates
- Design details
- Uploaded files
- Personalization information
- Mock-ups and proofs before approval
before submitting payment and before granting final design approval.
